Heavenly Beauty reserved the right to limit the right without prior notification , to limit the order quantity on any item and / or refuse service to any customer for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase , inaccuracies , errors in products or pricing information or problems identified as potential fraud.
Heavenly Beauty reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household or order for any reason these restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same billing and shipping address.
Heavenly Beauty also reserved the right to , in our sole discretion , to either prohibit sales or limit quantities of sales , dealer or resellers.For purpose of this Agreement , reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any item for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same item with a third party.With respect to items sold by Sumairu , we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts , a small number of items in our catalog may be miss priced so we will at our discretion , either contact you before shipping your order or cancel your order and give a refund.

Alternatively, Verification of order(s) and customer information may be required prior to acceptance of any order. However , Heavenly Beauty is not obligated to accept and fulfill any order and may refuse any order.

Heavenly Beauty primary shipping method will be through USPS services .
How is shipping cost calculated ?
Shipping is calculated by USPS services by using the packages weight , length , width and height with shipping address to calculate the cost.
Each order should have a tracking number and will continue to send updates until the package is delivered .
Ex:
8:30am order packaged
9am order picked up for delivery
9:30 Order out for shipment etc..

Once an order has been fully processed our team will work adequately to package items within 1-3 business days of ordering. Latest 7 business days.
Each customer should receive updates on order status . However packaging , shipping etc.. can be subjected to change.

Refund
Heavenly Beauty Cosmetics will only permit exchanges , refunds or provide store credit for unused items with packaging. If a item has been damaged in the shipping & delivery process Heavenly Beauty will replace item after proper investigation with documentation is provided such as pictures ect.
